Our experience with Natalie Marrone was a Goldilocks story. We had hired two realtors before Natalie. Understanding of our position in the marketplace and effective communication led to no offers in two years and we were exhausted. Natalie Marrone was our just-right realtor! Natalie worked very hard to help me find a place that I liked that was within my price range, in the general area that I wanted and working with the fact that I had limited capital up front to work with. The place I wound up buying was a good deal but because of that. the purchase had to happen quickly and during Christmas (I closed 12/29). As a first-time homebuyer, I was a little out of my depth, but she helped me stay organized with meeting deadlines and making sure all of the paperwork I needed was completed. She is very friendly but also willing to be pushy when it comes to finding out information about a property on behalf of her clients. She was always available via text and phone call and email and followed up daily during the process and has followed up numerous times since I bought my new place.
